VELORIA™
VELORIA creates modern, convenient wellness products designed to fit naturally into everyday routines. Our focus is simple: considered products, clear information and a smooth shopping experience.
SHIPPING
Orders are prepared after successful payment. Actual processing times depend on product availability and the fulfilment method selected.
Available delivery options, prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout for your destination. Estimates can vary because of carriers, customs and circumstances outside our control.
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent with your shipping notification.
Customs duties, import taxes or other destination charges may apply to international orders. Check the charges shown at checkout and your local requirements before ordering.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Contact VELORIA before sending an item back. Include your order number, reason for the request and photographs where relevant.
Items must meet the return conditions applicable to your order. For hygiene or safety reasons, some opened or used products may not be eligible for return.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly with your order details and clear photos so we can investigate.
Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method. Processing time can depend on your payment provider or bank.
Important: Your final return window, exclusions and return address should be configured to match your actual business practices and applicable consumer law before launch.

This may include your name, email, delivery address, billing/order details and information you send to support. Shopify and service providers may also process technical information needed to operate the website.
